the best time should be in springbreak if you're going to taos. if you're going to ski apache or santa fe in late feb- early march when more powder is coming in after everything's full of powder. the best ski? definitely Taos! Good destinations? Angel fire, santa fe, sandia sometimes... decent? ski apache is pretty much all the time icy or slushy
