Well I think that Whistler is (BC). Even though it has horrible snow and is at a low altitude, the terrain is some of the best in the world with the 2nd highest lift served vertical in North America. It is HUGE by the way.

Ive heard Blue Mountain is great but ive never been. I do recommend Mount St. Louis Moonstone. Theres a good amount of runs for the amount you pay for a lift ticket.
I don't think if there's a good place to ski in Ontario,but in nearest place of it like Quebec, I know Mont Tremblant which is an awesome place.
