When Snowboarding you are in control (hopefully), you make the decisions as to the incline and obstacles on that incline, ect. When you step onto the back of a horse at least 1/2 of your control goes to another being, the horse. He has a mind of his own, his own agenda, and outweighs you by 100 to 1. So most definitely horseback riding is more dangerous. really you asked that horseback riding DUR!

They are both equally dangerous. By skiing or snowboarding, you are assuming a risk that you could die. Hardly anyone ever does, but there are some crazy people who go on a way too dificult trail for them and hit a tree. But that's rare.

I'd go with snowboarding because you might hit a tree or turn in a wrong way and fall of the mountain but in Surfing you can choose a beach without sharks.
