It depends on a couple of things. First, what color is the tweed jacket? The most common are brown, blue, green. Second, where will these be worn? Different clubs and organizations have dress codes and color preferences. It's best to check the rules of the organization where you plan to show. Breed shows (AQHA, APHA, ect.) will have their own guidelines. In most cases it's better to be understated. Usually beige or tan jodhpurs/breeches and a dark blue or dark gray jacket.
