Shaun White has never been as good as Travis and never will, not to mention there are a handful of other people who are considered better than White. He is the best in the world for superpipe and slopestyle. And im sure he has more medals than Travis Rice. Neither Travis or Shaun are the best,because there is no best in snowboarding.There are a lot of different disciplines and each have their own style,so there really can't be a best.Each snowboarder is better than others in different things.You should just go by who's style and tricks you prefer.To answer your question, no he is not,but he is one of them and one of the biggest influences in this sport.
