I do ice skating lessons and almost into figure skating i have my own skates Jackson classique but they have a plastic heel are they still good although they have a plastic heel?

Until you get into serious competition, these are excellent skates. You did not mention your age (very wise) but given the fact that you are taking lessons for ice skating and will be taking figure skating lessons, you are a young person. Skates are like shoes...you grow out of them. So even though the boots have plastic heels, they are still excellent boots until you need new ones. Depending on your age, you will probably need new boots about every 6-9 months, considering your growth rate. So the serious competition boots aren't necessary until you actually start in competitions. Relax and have fun with your new vocation!
