To ski down a black diamond you can go Dow slowly by turing going parallel with the slope, then turning down and going parallel down to the other side, and continuing doing that until you get to the bottom. Zigzag down the hill, really. If you chicken out when it's too late to turn back, you can sit down and slide the rest of the way down, or take of you r skis and walk down.
Camelback ski area has ten black diamond trails from the thirty three trails that are open to ski the ten trails are the most difficult to ski and would not be recommended to the beginner skiers. A few black diamond trails are named "john Bailey", sullivans trail and the pharaoh.

diamond is harder to ski. rankings of skiing, in order easy to hard, and turning needed: bunny hill: don't even have to turn, it's that easy. circle: should turn square: must turn diamond: turn for you're life double black/ double diamonds: turn=live turning is a must in ski. if you don't turn you will ski with NO control. anyone with balance can ski down a bunny hill. cause bunny hills don't require turning. on bunny hills going straight down the mountain is all you need, but it is a good place to practice turns, because you won't get as hurt making mistakes on the bunny hill then as a circle or square.

Ski lessons are where you learn to ski.... At mine we skied down a hill, walked it up sideways, did the "Pizza", and learned how to stop. Basically you just learn how to ski.
