It depends on what country you want to go to. I've been all over the world and my favorite seaside resorts are definitely the Westin Dragonara Resort in Malta and Hotel Cervo in Costa Smeralda, Sardinia. I can't describe in words how beautiful these resorts are, but I've added links to videos of the properties for you to see first hand. Both resorts are VERY family friendly and provide awesome watersport activites for all.
The landscape, the people, the food and, in my opinion most of all the seaside and mountain resorts... with many amazing nightclubs.... the music in Romania is an amazing feature :)
