I saw them at a Baseball game last year in Toronto (I believe they were in town with the rest of the Canadian athletes) and were snuggling and kissing. So yes, I believe they are. but still there are no evidence ..tessa still has the chance..♥

No they are not currently dating. Yet, when Tessa was 7 and Scott was 9, they dated for 2 years. They have since not dated but are both extremely close. They call their relationship beyond a friendship but not quite as platonic as siblings (George Strombo interview).

During their reality show, Scott Moir was dating a woman named Cassandra, but it is rumored that they have broken up since the Sochi Olympics.

yes! when they were young scotts cousin and tessa's sister decided it would be cute if scott and tessa were dating but when they were dating they were really quiet with each other so they broke up... to me they have a spark!
