If your asking about outwear (jackets/pants) I would say Burton without question is better. However, both make excellent womens snowboards. Roxy snowboards are made by Mervin Mfg, who also makes Lib Tech and Gnu snowboards, and is one of the best snowboard manufacturers in the world. And Burton also makes excellent gear. It comes down to personal preference, budget, and your own riding style and needs. Personally, I prefer Roxy snowboards because I like their technologies more, however I would not buy their bindings, or clothing.
Nitro snowboards are great snowboards for the person who has a limited budget. There are more expensive boards on the market, but the Nitro boards hold up well in comparison.
They are okay boards preety nice with strap bindings if you are going on a big mouintain mission abort
