Mozambique.
The first AK47 was manufactured in the Soviet Union (Present Day Russia)
The country of Mozambique has a AK47 with a bayonet attached to the barrel. Here is a reference link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Mozambique
No. There are grenade launchers which can be fitted to the AK series rifles, but no rocket launchers.
First, you will have to define what makes a rifle "best". The AK47 is the most common, but was replaced by the AK74 using a new cartridge. The M16 is newer than the AK47, but has longer range and better accuracy. FN, Galil, Steyr and dozens of other firms make very good rifles. There will always be different opinions, and no one answer.
WASR is one.
The Kalashnikov AK47 and the SKS rifles, 82mm Chinese mortars, 120mm Soviet Rockets.
If by fast you mean rate of fire- thre have been rifles that can fire 3000 shots per minute. But not the AK47. If you mean the speed of the bullet, I have one that shoots at 4500 feet per second. But it is not the AK47. The AK has no great power, speed nor accuracy. It is cheap to make, works in harsh environments, can be used by a poorly trained soldier.
If you can pull the trigger you are old enough to shoot the AK47. There were child solders in the African country that could barely carry the AK but they could shoot it.
It makes the gun look like an ak47.
In the Soviet Union by Mikhail Timofeyevich Kalashnikov. It is officially known as Avtomat Kalashnikova.
The AK-74 and AK-47 are both assault rifles that look identical, but the only difference is that the AK-74 is newer and uses different cartridges (ammunition).
