Wait until you are 18 to 21, depending on the laws in your area.
Minors in possession of a firearm without adequate training/supervision is not a good idea.
Your question is troubling for several reasons.
1. Are your parent(s) in a position to support you in your desires?
2. What "things" did you want to shoot?
3. What did these "things" ever do to deserve to be shot?
I did some competitive shooting in High School when I wasn't much older than you. ROTC may still offer such training, although I don't know where you're from.
Your options are:
1. Ask your parents. You cannot legally have a gun. Not without your parents involved.
2. Wait until you're of legal age to buy/possess a gun.
3. Play Video Games.
4. Check the High School you will be attending, to see if they offer a JR ROTC program that has a shooting team.
5. Seek some help. The way you phrased your question brings red flags up. Shooting is serious business. It looks fun, and the movies make it look tough, but it is not a joke, it is not a game.....but yeah, it is fun, but still very serious business. Prison or death awaits those who do not take firearms seriously enough.
