Well, your balloon molly most likely has a swim bladder disfunction. Don't worry it usually isn't the owners fault, more like the constant inbreeding and such to produce the balloon molly. These fish are so irregularly shaped, compared to the original form, that swimming in general is difficult. I suggest that you either cull the fish by getting a cup of tank water and a couple drops of clove oil. This solution will kill the fish almost painlessly. I believe that the clove oil paralyzes the fish, no problem. So the fish dies quickly. Another solution could be to feed your fish peas, yes the store bought peas. Because of the peas natural properties it could solve this problem, but this is unlikely for this is a short term solution. Your fish will die anyways. Why not end it now?
