If you don't have a ski attachment which you probaly don't you can tie it to the handle on the back of the jet ski, if they are on either side of the seat I recommend buying a double attachment rope where you can attach the rope to two spots to prevent all the weight from staying on one point, when you turn or to prevent the seadoo from pulling to one side...

if i am not mistaken an xp machine is only a 2 seater, if you want to tow leagaly you have to have a spot for the operator,spoter and tube rider. i pull my tube with an 02 gti with only 85hp. your xp has about 130hp? if you want to tow i don't see a problem but watch out for the water cops.
