If you are a beginner I would spend no more than 350$ on a wakeboard. Get either a liquid force or hyperlite. Just a basic simple model. The length of the board depends on the weight of the rider.
Rider Weight (lbs) Wakeboard Length (cm)
<100
<130
90-150
130-134
130-180
135-139
170-250
140-144
200-275+
>144
I would say a 132-136 would be the average size board. It isn't so important that the size is exact for beginners. Now getting a pair of bindings that will fit everyone is the hard part. I would just goto a store that sells wakeboards and try them on.
Master Carver. You have 3 levels of playing wakeboarding - Beginner, Intermediate, and Expert (If you don't have these, they might still be locked. Keep playing beginner wakeboard to unlock it). On Expert mode, there are dozens of obstacles like buoys. Dodging every single obstacle, score 1000 points at least.
There are a handful of common "beginner" mouthpieces, but beyond that, it's a matter of instructor suggestions and trial-and-error.

Unless you want to buy theworst flute possible, you won't find a beginner one for under $100. I got my beginner flute for over $250, but this was at a reasonable store. Some advice--don't be too cheap. Never buy on Amazon or EBAY or anything online, because then you won't really know what you're getting.
It depends on what welding processes you are interested in. If your interested in structural welding, but have no experience expect to make 16 dollars an hour don't accept any less.Remember experience is key and certifications are a must have.
