Hello, being a freestyler myself i spend hours practicing my turns and i find the best things to work on are, keeping your head down as you come into the wall (you should be only taking one breath at the flags and holding your breath until you have completed the turn by the time you are 12) and get a good streamline going, about 4-6 kicks off every wall is about average.
