Stephanie Rice won 3 gold medals, in the women's 400m individual medley (world record), women's 200m individual medley and as part of the women's 4x200m freestyle relay team (also a world record). Numerically, Libby Trickett and Leisel Jones also won the same amount, but one of each of theirs was silver. Jessicah Schipper won a gold and two bronze. Eamon Sullivan won two silver and a bronze.
