There is very little atmosphere on the moon, so parachutes will not work. However, a rocket pack could be used to slow fall rate.

Theoretically, yes. The playing field would have to be much larger and moving would be very slow. The ball would also have to be heavier, perhaps by filling it with gel instead of air.
