Lots of pool pumps have some air going through them without causing any problems as long as it doesn't have the effect of causing the pump to lose its prime its ok. Air runing through through the pump indicates that the seals in the valves the water runs trough may be worn or just in need of a little o ring sealant or you may have a fine leak in one of the pipes or joints leading to the pump.

That will probably be a leak on the suction side of the pump (because the pump is above ground, the pipe that feeds water into the pump is below atmospheric pressure - any leak will cause air to flow in - a leak anywhere else makes water come out).
So find the suction line, and check each coupling in turn to ensure they're properly done-up. If you can't find a leaky coupling, then inspect any flexible hoses in that part of the system and replace any that appear to be damaged.
or the water line in to low in the pool!
check for air leakes if not remove pool pump and run by self and se if it is sucking air
SchwimmbadAn open-air swimming pool is also known as a Freibad
A pool vacuum leak could mean that there is a leak in the vacuum hose that you use to vac the pool. Or it could mean that there is a leak on the suction side of the pump. It could be located somewhere between the skimmer and the inlet of the pump. At the pump it could mean that there is a leak at the pump seal or the pump lid or a pump gasket. Some of these leaks will not produce water at those leaks they may only suck air into the system. k
Do you have air bubbles coming back to the pool thru the return lines? If so, you have a suction leak. Could be between the skimmer, maindrain, at the pool pump. Most likely place to start is the pump. Check the lid o-ring for proper seat and fit. Check the pump seal. Check any fitting that goes into the pump pot - in and out plumbing plus small plugs at the base of the pump. K
yes because when the water goes into your pockets it fills up with water so yes you can get air pockets in swimming pool water...
a lido is an open air swimming pool in the UK.
Because the air around you is hotter then water in the pool.
Float valve is a device used on swimming pools. It is designed to keep the skimmer closed and to control the air flow into the pump when the water level gets low.
The strong winds of a microburst may spray or splash some water out of a swimming pool, but other than that, no. Unlike a tornado, air in a microburst does not travel upwards.
YES YOU CAN AS LONG AS YOU MAINTAIN IT LIKE AN AQAURIUM, CHECK WATER PH AND TEMPERATURE DEPENDING ON YOUR CLIMATE AND TYPE OF FISH, ALSO YOU MIGHT HAVE TO PUMP AIR AND OR FILTER THE WATER DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE POOL.
their is no air in the water
I guess you are asking about daily air temperature. Once the surface has melted, the only concern is the above ground pipes freezing. If you leave the pump running all the time, the chance of freezing is very low.
