yesand no if it is a normal swimming pool and 70 degrees then don't go swimmimg if your pool is heated then go for it because the heated pool will work it will make you much warmer HOPE THIS HELPED :]

A pool will usually be a bit warmer, but for a lake I personally find it very comfortable, A person from a southern state may desire warmer, but here in Michigan thats pretty normal.

That is a good temperature. An average recreational pool is 80 degrees. 74 is good for a competitive pool.
