NO!! it's better ! any nutritionist will tell you that, if you eat a bigger lunch and breakfast, and a smaller dinner it is better for you. because when you eat earlier in the day, you are more active for the rest of the day and you have more time to work it off, if you eat too much at night, the food just sits there when you sleep. not good.
