Those are two different events. You can't predict what you'll go in the 100 free with your 50 free time. Depends on your body. if u can hold a 32 or 33 sec 4 both ur 50s, u'll get 1:04-1:06 on ur 100! :) good luck =]

The speed of the rock after 5 seconds of free fall would not be 100. The speed of an object in free fall increases by 9.8 m/s every second. After 5 seconds, the speed of the rock would be 49 m/s (approximately), assuming no air resistance.

What is the velocity of a free falling object after 10 seconds Assume negligible air resistance and a10 ms?

The velocity of a free falling object after 10 seconds is 100 m/s. This is because the acceleration due to gravity is a constant 10 m/s^2, so after 10 seconds the velocity will be 10 m/s^2 * 10 s = 100 m/s.
