Sounds like you are dehydrated and have swimmers ear (an ear infection, from when water gets stuck in your ear). That can cause the pain in your ear and the nauseousness. In swimming you are sweating just as much as any other sport you just can't tell cause your in the water. When swimming I suggest taking a water bottle and cleaning out your ears afterward
