Water station will be placed every 400 meters of a 5-kilometer race. How many water stations are needed?
Battle Stations - 2000 Messerschmitt 262 Race for the Jet was released on: USA: 18 November 2001
Need to know what kind of "race car", there are many.
Stringers
a race horse needs a alot of water because they are working hard so about a gallon or so Horses drink between 4-8 gallons a day, more if they are working hard like race horses. They should have free-choice water in a 10 gallon bucket to make sure they have enough.
yes
Yes, it can be helpful. Do not over-drink though, or you will be too bloated to run well. You should also make good use of the water stations along the race course, and after the race make sure to drink a sports drink (like Gatorade) that will replenish vitamins/minerals like sodium and potassium. Remember, it's not just water leaving your body when you sweat, it's vitamins/minerals as well.
Doesn't work. Square decimeters measure area, a marathon race is defined by its length only. To get area you need both length and width, and no one ever talks about how wide a race is.
The race pace calculator will calculate your running pace per mile or kilometer. There are many free race pace calculators online available. There is no need in buying an actual calculator for this purpose.
Water jump
it is good to have all the items you will need for the race
As many as they need to use. There is no limit in Sprint Cup.
