It is a prologue to the Halo series. It is about Covenant forces (the aliens) invading Reach (the planet) and destroying it and attempting to destroy the UNSC (humans).
It's a fun combat game in which you have to destroy an alien species called the covenant
Any time this year. a good title would be the chronicles of the covenant , along with cast James cromwell as lord hood and the man who voices splinter cell character as captain keyes...but no flood they are lame
Halo Reach is about the planet where all Spartans are sent, trained and live. Throughout the campaign you are sent to investigate a possible covenant invasion and ultimately wind up sent to deliver "Cortana" [the Master Chief's AI throughout halo CE and 3] to Captain Keyes on the Pillar of Autumn. The Campaign mode is roughly 6-10 hours depending on your style of play.
The Covenant invade Reach in the year 2552.
Planet Reach being attacked by the covenant.
Reach was discovered in the 21st century by UNSC forces were before the covenant attacked in the game halo reachDon't listen to these y and colonized in 25th century. ONI discovered a sacred Forerunner artifact that the covenant were afraid of decimating it, so that's why they sorta spared it, and also every spartan was made, from 150 eligible candidates, among John, Sam, Fred, members of omega and noble six, were in there after being scouted and abducted by Dr. Halsey and Captain Keys. 75 survived, they were created for using against the insurrection, pretty much rebels of the unsc. Then when the covenant came they were used, and eventually the covenant found out about the relic. When the Iroquois destroyer ship returned with a covenant spy drone attached, the covenant hit Reach, and the small unsc army and the MAC guns on reach was not enough to save reach... and the unsc abandoned reach, hence the term Fall of Reach Spartans 2's were made about 30 years before these events It had changed the war or something like that between the Humans and the Covenant? How?
Well. . . Humans won, so Covenant sucks ^-^
Reach is lost. But..... Humanity is victorious after the events of halo 3 (the last in the series). The covenant leader is killed and the flood are exterminated.
The bloodiest mission in halo reach is the end. Number 6 and number 4 (Emile) are racing to get to the piller of the Autumn where Captain Keyes is waiting for the package (Cortana). So they go through canyons killing millions of aliens. Its also kind of the saddest part (in my opinion)
The UNSC Scorpion (the human tank). I believe it and the Covenant's Wraith (the alien tank) are the same as far as how many bullets, rockets, grenades, etc. it takes to destroy them, but the Scorpion is much better, and much more lethal, making it hard to get close to destroy it.
You can only be an elite, nothing more just a spartan or an elite in halo reach.
