This is false. Having smaller feet does not mean you will run any faster. Running power comes from the glutes,quads and hamstrings not the feet.

It does. In fact, Michael Phelps' feet are huge. That helps him make a faster dolphin kick, specially if you snap your ankle as much as possible.
