No, swimmers ear can not switch ears. When you are in the water for a while you will notice your fingers get wrinkly. This is what happens in your ear after some time. Ok i not so sure but you could go in a pool but just dont swim with so much pressure and make sure the water is not polluted. do not try to get so much water in the ear and you could put some baby oil in both ears(about 2-3 drops)
I wouldn't recommend it because if you get more water in your ear it would make your ear hurt much more than it did
