Can you sleep in a speedo swimsuit?

Yes, it is perfectly fine to wear speedo. In the United States, most men will wear swim trunks or board shorts but speedos are also seen. If you like speedos there is nothing stopping you but yourself.

(Word of advice, never wear a white speedo. See through!)

A speedo will help reduce drag in the water and help a person go faster. Many athletes wear speedos to make their workouts in the water more efficient. Some wear ammers to help cover the legs to help reduce more drag.

I'm still getting the hang (no pun intended) of this site, so I'm posting this again, as I'm not sure if my original improvement on the above answer went through, to wit:

When I was a teenager, I had a large penis for my age, and was taught from an early age to always wear a jockstrap when swimming or doing lifting. Now, many years later, I still do, and I see NOTHING wrong with wearing speedos anywhere. If, as an adult, you don't have the body for it, then LISTEN UP: GET OFF YOUR FAT ASSES AND EXERCISE! MOW THE LAWN; LIFT WEIGHTS; GO TO THE GYM AND GET ON THE STAIRMASTER OR STATIONARY BIKE; AND (THIS MIGHT BE THE MOST IMPORTANT FOR MIDDLE AGE TO OLDER PEOPLE) WALK, WALK, WALK. 30 minutes daily is the current recommendation for exercise, and if you're lucky enough to have the body for it, you can stretch that out to many other forms of exercise.

It would be OK for him to wear a three-piece suit with a flower in the cravat, but if he's planning to go onto the beach, I would recommend similar swim wear as to that the other gentlemen are wearing. If the person in question has some deformity or ugly tattoo that prevents him from wanting to be seen in public, I would recommend that he wear swim trunks like everybody else, but wear a terry cloth cover-up or a bathrobe over it until he sits down and is not as visible.
