I swam it today in just under 35 mins. I'm an average lap swimmer. I don't flip turn, so I lose time in that transition. I did not push too hard and did soft pushes off the wall, but I'm fairly tired at the end. I had the same problem finding an answer, so I swam my first ever timed mile today.
