There's no such thing is hyperbolic time chamber. It's fictional building from manga/anime series called Dragonball / Dragonball Z. See related questions below for the similar-sounding "hyperbaric chamber".
The Oxygen tank rumor was a hoaw orchestrated by Michael Jackson himself, with the help of his publicist at the time, Michael Levine. It was a publicity move, designed to get free press coverage. In 1986 a tabloid newspaper reported that Michael was using a Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber to sleep in; as it was claimed that sleeping in a hyperbaric chamber would slow the ageing process. However MJ never owned a Hyperbaric Chamber, much less slept in one.

Naval officer and submarine rescue pioneer Charles "Swede" Momsen was instrumental in the rescue of survivors from the sunken submarine USS Squaalus. His improved diving bell / rescue chamber design, which he began work on in 1930 and perfected with the help of LCDR Allan McCann, was used for the first time on the Squalus. 33 survivors were rescued from Squalus using the Momsen/McCann rescue chamber. The gas mixtures that Momsen experimented with for use in the chamber helped Navy divers today formulate the exotic gas mixtures they use for diving safely in depths over 300'.

The first thing to consider when thinking of sky diving is the safety of the company providing the sky diving. Extensive research should be done on any sky diving company before actually sky diving.
No gun can chamber more than one round in the chamber at a time
The difference between "regular" diving and synchronized diving is the scoring and the athletes. In "regular" diving one diver goes at a time and that one diver is scored based on that one dive. In synchronized diving, TWO people do the SAME DIVE at the SAME TIME to try and be as accurate and identical to each other as possible. The two athletes are then given ONE score for both dives based on their precision and timing.
They have their place if you are diving in a dry suit for an extended time. If you are diving in a wet suit they would not be needed for obvious reasons. Scuba diving can dehydrate you from breathing the dry air in the scuba cylinders, so hydration is a must.
In episode 153 (episode 168 in the original, non-dubbed episode) of Dragonball Z, Gohan and Goku emerge from the hyperbolic time chamber. After Goku and Gohan leave the time chamber Piccolo, Vegeta and Trunks then use the chamber for themselves.
