The best player of World of Warcraft is who ever has the most recent gear of the newest pvp and the pve sets. It doesn't matter if they're skilled at playing any they have the gear to pretty much prove that they are.

This is a really hard question to answer because there are so many variables including, but not limited to: PVP or PVE? What class? What spec? What realm? How is this player to be named the best over all other 10.2 million people (criteria)? In short, it is very hard to tell who is the best.
