I have asked this question as well, with little luck. You will however recieve a wealth of worthless know nothings typing in their attempts at humor. However based on other cultures, the economics of the region, and games from roughly the same time period it is safe to conclude that at least some form of tag and Wrestling would have been practiced. The earliest refrence to games with props is found in a 1560 Peter Brugal painting. This painting included children doing everything from a form of jacks to leapfrog.

Therefore with children being "children" regardless of the era, and the mind working roughly the same way. Pretty much any game that requires little imagination like tag or leap frog, even hide and seek were probably played by Jesus as a boy.
