Gymnasts
"Sexual gymnastics" doesn't have an official definition. Basically, it refers to sex in unusual positions, or requiring strenuous effort.
There are two main kinds of gymnastics. One is artistic gymnastics, which is far better known than rhythmic, and is the type of gymnastics that athletes such as Nadia Comaneci, Mary Lou Retton, and Nastia Liukin have participated in. It comes from the Latin word, "gymnos" meaning nude. They used to do gymnastics naked now they don't and good thing!
The International Gymnastics Federation first accepted rythmic gymnastics as a sport in 1962. In 1963 it had its first world championships. In 1984 it was in the Olympics as an individual sport and in 1996 as a team sport.
A good title would depend on what the book is about, if it has no plot or story line and is only about gymnastics then call it gymnastics but if it is not then create a unique or nice name talking about what the story line is {what the book is about}.
