One of the main events the Australian team athletes are competing in is snow boarding and freestyle skiing. They are also competing in bobsledding, cross country skiing, alpine skiing, skeleton, luge, figure skating, short track speed skating, and biathlon. As of today, team Australia has only won a silver metal in freestyle skiing from Dale Smith, who is ironically originally from Vancouver, but is representing Australia instead of Canada.
