There are many sports they play there... The main two are most probably Athletics and Cricket. West Indies Cricket team are a respected international Test, ODI and Twenty20 team, which have included players along the ranks of Michael Holding, Brian Lara, Chris Gayle, Sir Vivian Richards, Sir Garfield Sobers, Malcolm Marshall, Joel Garner and Curtly Ambrose. Undoubtedly you have heard of Usain Bolt, Asafa Powell and Veronica Campbell Brown! Those names just state their modern Athletics body, Note however, that Jamaica dominated early on in the mid 20th century too.

However the sport that they have had little luck with but have had major talent with is their Bobsled. Their 1998 Olympics team were THE BEST however in the final, they crashed out. Literally - they crashed! That team included: Devon Harris, Dudley Stokes, Samuel Clayton and Michael White. They even made a film about this disappointment called: Cool Runnings (1993)
