It's difficult to describe to Pittsburgh, so many have tried, but here is goes. Pittsburgh is different from other cities in thousands of ways. The people and it's neighborhoods are what really makes Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh. You will never in your lifetime find a city that is so proud of itself. We have what most cities do, but it's not about what Pittsburghers' have or do, it's how we FEEL about those things. There is a passion and pride unlike I've seen anywhere else and I have been to every state! If you had an opportunity to visit, you will be hooked. Every neighborhood has that close knit feel to it and the people of Pittsburgh are very proud of their heritage. Be aware, you will gain about 10lbs, because the food is unbelievable. The people you meet will feel like you are visiting friends you've known for years. If I had to pick just one thing I like the most about Pittsburgh is that we like to keep it simple....less is more!
