The top green part is the pattern on the Shankly gates at Anfield, which reads You'll never walk alone. The main body shape is classic Liverpool with the Liverbird (a symbol of Liverpool) in the middle. The bottom banner shows that the club was founded in 1892 and the flames at the side represent the eternal flame monument that remembers the 96 dead in the Hillsborough disaster.

The mythical creature in the middle of the crest is a Liverbird, on the top of the crest is the Shankly gates, and the 2 ovals in that, is the Scotland flag(where Shankly was born), and a Thistle (also representing where he was born). The two flames on the sides, represent the Eternal Flames that are outside of the stadium, at either side of the Hilsborough Memorial.

Hope that answered your question mate :)
