Find any good Irish club or Irish pub and you may be able to watch it there, or someone there will be able to tell you where you could see it. Go in sometime between now and the final and find out. You could also get in contact with the local GAA and people there would know. There are lots of GAA clubs around the US, particularly in the larger cities that have Irish communities. Go to the North American GAA site that I have put below and you can find out what the nearest one to you is. Another option is to go to the RTE website, as they will have coverage of it too.
