From Newcastle to Singapore, the flight is around 15 to 16 hours, I think. And it depends which part of Australia you're heading for. If you're heading to somewhere like Sydney, it'll be around 7 hours.

∙ 13y agoA ship can't sail to Phoenix, because Phoenix is 400 miles inland. It takes 22 days 19 hours to steam from Singapore to the Port of Long Beach; after transferring your container to a truck chassis it's about another day to get it to Phoenix.
It takes about 15 days to go to Dubai from Singapore via ship. The sail time is longer than taking a flight which takes about 6 hours.
