I really did'nt concentrate on order but this is roughly how I would rank these players maybe bump up Alcano a bit.
Ralf souquet is NOT known as the Surgeon. That accolade was used, earned, and given to a UK pool player from Wigan, many years before Souquet was even playing. Maybe he liked the monicor, and 'stole' or 'borrowed' it for his own use.
no not if its the 9 ball but they do if it is the 8 ball
Anyone that regularly plays any of the pocket billiards games, usually 8 ball or 9 ball, can be called a pool player.
The best pool player in the world depends upon what year and what game, and what you use to determine "best". The best female pool player in the world for all time has been agreed by many to be Jean Baluska. The best male pool player in the world of all time is argued - in the era of 1820, there is no question it was Francois Mignaud; in the 1950's, there is also no question it was Willie Mosconi; in 2011, the best 9 ball player is recognized as Efren Reyes.
ther is a person tarding a piplup for dialga 9 and under the piplup is holding master ball
depends on the game, most common are 8-ball in which there are 15.one player plays1-7, the other plays 9-15,then the 8. the other is 9-ball in which there 9. In 9 ball pool you hit the nine ball in last.10 or 16. The three most common pool games are 8 Ball, 9 Ball and Straight Pool. Both 8 Ball and Straight Pool use 15 numbered balls and the cue ball. In 9 Ball, only the first 9 numbered balls are used plus the cue ball.
The game uses 10 balls; the 1 through 9 balls, plus the cue ball. Any number of players can play, but typically only two players play. The setup: The numbered balls are arranged in a four-sided 'diamond formation' with the 1 ball up front and on the spot and the 9 ball in the center of the formation. The arrangement of the other balls is not important. To see a proper starting formation, click on the RELATED LINK below. The first shooter 'breaks' the formation when he shoots the cue ball from behind the foul line and hits the 1 ball. If any numbered ball except the 9 ball sinks, the player shoots again. If the 9 ball is sunk on the break, that player wins, and a new game is set up. The object is to sink the 9 ball. Trick is to accomplish this by hitting the lowest numbered ball on the table with the cue ball first. Failure to hit the lowest numbered ball first is a foul, and the opponent then gets 'ball in hand' which means he can place the cue ball anywhere in the table top he wants in preparation for his shot. Sinking the cue ball in a pocket is also a foul, with the same penalty. The shooting player gets to continue shooting as long as he doesn't foul and if he sinks any numbered ball on each shot. If the player fouls or if he fails to sink a numbered ball, the shot passes to the next player. The player who sinks the 9 ball without a foul on the shot wins the game. __________________________________________________________

In 9 ball - 9 In 8 ball - 15
Yes. When playing 9 ball, no numbered ball has any significance except the 9 ball. Although the 9 ball is often pocketed by means of a combination shot, sinking all numbered balls in order is not uncommon. This requres that the 8 ball be struck and even pocketed if it is the lowest numbered ball on the table.
If you pocket the 9 ball after making a legal hit on the 1 ball first, you you win the rack. Rule is if you make a legal hit on the lowest numbered ball on the table and make the 9 ball, it is a win.
