From nothing to priceless. The original Palmers are collector cue's and the price depends on everything you can imagine (number made, popularity, condition (including original box, tips, etc)). The "Book" says: $1550 to $2850 (catalog 2, J) You can only determine that type of cue in 'value' through a credible estimator.

(My Palmer cost me $400 but estimated at $2,000 - but I would not sell it for the world -- so in that sense it is priceless. Given as an example.) This website will give you an estimate http://www.palmercollector.com/ but I am not sure how accurate it would be.
