So, the center of the television should be mounted no lower than 5 feet and slightly above 6 feet is still suitable. If it is a commercial billiards room, the eye level becomes less important than viewability - this will require that the lowest part of the television is higher than 6 feet to prevent people standing interfering with normal viewing.
