You are a high school sophomore you have always wanted to play football but have never been fit enough to try out How can you make the team by your Junior year?
Dude ,go to the gym or school weight room at least four times a week. Also go outside and run alittle. If you can sprint far start off jogging. But sprinting makes you a better athlete. I'm a collage football player and I run everyday. Let me know how it goes. Blsmitty26@gmail.com

It depends on which kind of helmet you are talking about, I specifically choose riddell for myself over schutt due to the constant concussions and injuries to minors in junior high!
