No. The Clippers have made the playoffs four times, losing three times in the first round (Utah twice and Houston). The only playoff series they won was in 2006 when they defeated Denver in the first round. They lost to Phoenix in the second round.

The Boston celtics in Chicago in 2009 and nuggets lakers 2009 when lakers stormed back into a 4-2 series win
The Lakers did play in the series, but unfortunaly they lost to the Chicago Bulls that year.
The NBA playoffs are played "best out of seven". For instance, the Celtics may win the first three games of the playoffs, but if the Lakers win the fourth game, the playoff continues until the Celtics win another game or unless the Lakers win the final three. There will be seven games max and four games minimum.

Lakers won both games against the celtics
There are actually only 7 teams in the NBA who rallied from 3-1 to win a playoff series. They are the Boston Celtics (1968), Los Angeles Lakers (1970), Washington Bullets (1979), Boston Celtics (1981), Houston Rockets (1995), Miami Heat (1997), Detroit Pistons (2003) and the Phoenix Suns (2006). So Mathematically only 23.33% of all NBA teams won an NBA playoff trailing from 3-1.

The Los Angeles Lakers won the NBA Finals in 2000.The Los Angeles Lakers of the Western Conference took on the Indiana Pacers of the Eastern Conference for the title, with the Lakers holding home court advantage. The Lakers won the series 4 games to 2. Lakers center Shaquille O'Neal was named the Most Valuable Player of the series.
The Detroit Pistons famously did it against the Orlando Magic in (I believe) 2003. Tracy McGrady commented that it felt great to finally reach the 2nd round, though the Magic only led 3-1 (JINX!). Tayshaun Prince cemented his reputation as one of the best SF defenders in the league by slowing McGrady for the next 3 games and helping to win the series.
