you can do ropes and the regular stuff like running push ups ect. You should do arm exersises too.

Lie face down on a table or bench with your arm extended straight over the edge of the table with your palm facing down towards the floor. Using a dumbbell or plate, slowly lower the arm until the shoulder is bent at a 90o angle. Slowly raise to starting position.
