If your Carolina Skiff won't turn over, it could be due to several reasons. Check the battery to ensure it’s fully charged and the connections are clean and secure. Additionally, inspect the ignition switch, fuses, and any safety features like the kill switch to ensure they are functioning properly. If these components are in good condition, there may be an issue with the starter or the engine itself, which may require professional diagnosis.
