I am sorry but I have found nothing concerning a wife of Albert (Butts) Wagner on the Internet. I even went onto ancestory.com and looked at some of the census records from the 1800/1900s. I was able to find the Wagner's 1900 census records that listed Albert as a 28 year old and single under the Peter and Katherin Wagner entry. I will continue to look. I did see, however, that there was a book published last year entitled Honus Wagner: On His Life & Baseball with the author being Honus Wagner. I found it on ecampus.com. I wonder if maybe there might be something in that book about whether Butts had married. I own Honus Wagner The Life of Baseball's "Flying Dutchman" written by Arthur D. Hittner. There is nothing in that book concerning Butts and a marriage or wife.
