Why shouldn't football players get paid a lot?

As they should be proud to wear their kit, it should be an honour. Why is so much of the economy going on footballers when there are true heroes out there, such as doctors, soldiers and firefighters. People who are helping this country. Also, i know this is a generalisation but many are rude, for instance racism claims and accusations. Do these people deserve upto £250 000 a week. No, i don't think so.

They shouldn't get paid sooo much there are ppl out in the real world saving ppls lives that do not get paid nearly enough!!!
