He has the numbers (win/loss percentage) the pro bowls, and the MVPs to be inducted, he beat hall of famers Tarkenton and Bradshaw to win the Super Bowl in 1976 and made 2 of his receivers hall of famers. All I can say is that the H.o.F. voters just don't like him
