Why is there a little person on each volleyball team?

that little person is called a libero. that person is usually good at lower arm that person can neither spike nor serve he/she will wear a different coloured jersey 4 easy differentiate(for the referee) of he/she in a competition

He/she is the setter bud, they will almost always move to front centre at the net to have the best position to set. The colour is also so te team always knows where the setter is without having to recognise the face.

He/She is probably the setter. They will move to the front of the court to get the best position to set. Taller players will spike sets.
